Our Mathematics programme follows closely with the latest MOE 2024 H1 (8865) and H2 (9758) Mathematics Syllabuses, building rigorous problem-solving skills and examination precision for A-Level success.
All content is aligned with the requirements set out in the 2024 H1 Mathematics Syllabus (8865) and the 2024 H2 Mathematics Syllabus (9758) published by the Ministry of Education Singapore.

H2 Mathematics is designed for students intending to pursue university courses in science, engineering, computing, or mathematics. It builds on Additional Mathematics with a significantly expanded and more rigorous treatment of pure mathematics, and introduces powerful new tools including Vectors, Complex Numbers, and Differential Equations.

Assessment Format
H2 Mathematics is assessed via two 3-hour papers, each carrying 50% of the total mark.
Paper 1
3 hours
10–12 questions of varying length based entirely on Pure Mathematics (Strands A–E). Includes one application question worth at least 12 marks drawn from science/engineering contexts.
Paper 2
3 hours
Section A: Pure Mathematics (40 marks, 4–5 questions). Section B: Probability and Statistics (60 marks, 6–8 questions). Includes one application question in Section B worth at least 12 marks.
How We Coach at Each Stage
Our coaching adapts to where your child is in the JC journey — building foundations in JC1 and refining for peak performance in JC2.
JC1 is the year of rapid content expansion. Students encounter entirely new mathematical structures — Vectors, Complex Numbers, and advanced Calculus — while simultaneously deepening their understanding of Functions and Sequences. The pace is intense, and the conceptual leap from A Math is significant. Our coaching focuses on building a solid conceptual foundation before examination technique.
JC2 completes the syllabus with Differential Equations, Volumes of Revolution, and the full Statistics strand, then pivots to intensive examination preparation. The focus shifts from content coverage to precision, speed, and strategic answering. Our coaching simulates A-Level conditions and trains students to handle multi-topic application questions with confidence.
Business & Social Sciences
Syllabus 8865
H1 Mathematics provides a foundation in mathematics and statistics for students intending to pursue university studies in business, economics, or the social sciences. It is particularly suitable for students without G3 Additional Mathematics, offering essential algebra and calculus concepts alongside practical statistical methods.

Assessment Format
H1 Mathematics is assessed via a single 3-hour paper marked out of 100.
Single Paper
3 hours
Section A (Pure Mathematics — 40 marks): ~5 questions on Functions & Graphs and Calculus. Section B (Probability and Statistics — 60 marks): 6–8 questions. Includes one real-world application question worth at least 12 marks from business/social sciences contexts. All questions are compulsory.

JC1 covers the full Pure Mathematics section and introduces the Statistics strand. For students without A Math, the calculus content (differentiation and integration) will be entirely new and requires careful scaffolding. Our coaching ensures students build a strong conceptual base before moving to examination technique.
JC2 completes the Statistics strand with Sampling, Hypothesis Testing, and Correlation & Regression, then moves to intensive examination preparation. The application question (12+ marks) is a key differentiator — our coaching trains students to read real-world scenarios, extract the relevant mathematical model, and present solutions with precision.
